Conan O'Brian : Jamie Foxx ft. Drake

nice verse by drizzy. It'll follow up ye's verse on the original verse just perfectly.

*btw - so i guess this is Drake's 1st official performance on a NATIONAL network. He deserves it.

Power 106 interview with Drake

Drake was in L.A. a few days ago for his show at Cal State L.A. & stopped by to kick it for a bit at the Power 106 studios.

*for those of ya'll that went to his "after-party" at club Element, ya'll seen him come-n-go within minutes, due to BAD business. SHADY-ass promoters had been lying to the fans & attendees plus overcharging people at the door & promising a live performance, which wasn't in the "hosting" contract to begin with. Soo.. drizzy LEFT the building & was ALSO underpaid by those promoters according to sources ;)

*word to Luscious Liz

I AM MUSIC tour hits L.A.

2 nights ago lil Wayne's I AM MUSIC tour stopped through L.A., and the show was i must say super poppinn. With Wayne of course being the headliner, other acts consisted of Drake, T-Pain, Keri Hilson, Keyshia Cole, Tyga and the Gym Class Heroes.. And spotted in the audience were many celebrities and music artists such as Jermaine Dupri & Usher.

young money

Artist & President/CEO lil wayne introduces his Young Money label mates. Drizzy's the best, hands down.. but where's Tyga at??

Drake: So Far Gone..

Just around 2 weeks ago Rapper/Singer Drake "drizzy" Rogers released an impressive, very well put together "mixtape" album called "So Far Gone.." This is a Follow-up to last year's "Comeback Season" mixtape-album which i personally was amazed by, & was what initially sold me on him as an artist w/ standout individuality and great potential. "So Far Gone.." consists of 17 tracks +1 bonus track("Congratulations") with features of Trey Songz, Bun B, Santogold and of course Lil Wayne who just recently co-signed Drake to his Young Money label.

I've been following & bumpin Drake longer than about 80-90% of ya'll.. going back to around October of 2007, and every track he's dropped or have been featured on since then is simply FIRE, nothing less. Drizzy lays verses that go harder than most of today's rappers, & as a bonus.. dude SINGS too. think of Drake as a "Cleaned up, Understandable" version of Lil Wayne mixed with Trey Songz and a lil bitta' Robin Thicke.. & that's word.

In my opinion, by "MIXTAPE" standards.. "So Far Gone" is a Classic, and is every bit as good as his last lp Comeback Season if not BETTER. Standout tracks include: Successful, Congratulations, Best i ever had, Houstatlantavegas, Uptown, Unstoppable, November 18th, Say What's Real & Brand New. Everything else remains as "listenable," & nothing short of aaite. lol

Overall: 5 out of 5
