SHADY-ass promoters had been lying to the fans & attendees plus overcharging people at the door & promising a live performance, which wasn't in the "hosting" contract to begin with. Soo.. drizzy LEFT the building & was ALSO underpaid by those promoters according to sources ;)

On Sunday T.I. sold out the Philips arena in Atlanta for his "farewell" concert before taking off the next morning to a low-security Arkansas prison for 1 whole year(his gun charges).

Tip's always been one of my favorite rappers comin out the south. Urban Legend & KING are some of the hardest albums i own.. no joke. This'll just make dude stronger, & believe it or not, actually strengthen his career(rep).

Louis Vuitton officially opened their “A Passion for Creation” exhibition a few nights ago, showcasing selected work from the Fondation Louis Vuitton pour la Création, bringing together a small number of significant large-scale paintings, photographs, & video installations by European, American and Chinese artists. The show featured amazing installations by the likes of Takashi Murakami, Richard Prince, and Stephen Sprouse. Other works included pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Paul Chan, Cao-Fei, Yang Fudong, Gilbert & George, Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, Andreas Gursky, Pierre Huyghe, Jeff Koons, Bertrand Lavier, Christian Marclay, Richard Prince. Nokia has filed a patent for a cellphone capable of “light messaging.”

Hong Kong's 2009 International Art Fair

The Hong Kong 2009-2010 International Art Fair once again managed to bring together some of the most outstanding artists from around the globe. Overall 110 galleries participated in the art fair and they brought together high profile artists such as Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol and Takashi Murakami, along with impressive newcomers.

months away...

From this point out i will be counting down the months left till i finally graduate from school, marking a tremendous accomplishment for myself & a huge upgrade in my life. The class ahead of mines had just graduated last week so i am OFFICIALLY 12 months away from my OWN "red carpet" exit.

These "Countdown" postings are just for my own personal satisfaction, & it helps time fly MUCH faster as i start checking off the months as they pass.

*for those of you that have noticed my blog-posting drought this past week, that was all due to me having no personal computer time, reason being i was preparing for, & taking my Spring FINALS.
