Louis Vuitton: "A Passion for Creation" Exhibition

















Louis Vuitton officially opened their “A Passion for Creation” exhibition a few nights ago, showcasing selected work from the Fondation Louis Vuitton pour la Création, bringing together a small number of significant large-scale paintings, photographs, & video installations by European, American and Chinese artists. The show featured amazing installations by the likes of Takashi Murakami, Richard Prince, and Stephen Sprouse. Other works included pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Paul Chan, Cao-Fei, Yang Fudong, Gilbert & George, Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, Andreas Gursky, Pierre Huyghe, Jeff Koons, Bertrand Lavier, Christian Marclay, Richard Prince. The show runs through August 9th, 2009.
